Gabriella has spent 14 years in the home care industry, gaining expertise in every aspect of caregiving. At just 16, she became a certified Home Health Aide and began her career providing direct care to individuals in need.

One of her most transformative experiences was caring for a quadriplegic client with primary progressive multiple sclerosis, where she developed innovative and adaptable strategies to meet complex and evolving needs. This experience deepened Gabriella’s passion for personalized care and solidified her desire to make a meaningful impact in her community.

After broadening her skills in various areas of home care, Gabriella founded ValorCare with the mission of ensuring local communities receive the compassionate, customized support they deserve.

Cheryl has over 20 years of experience in elder care, beginning her career in a nursing home before transitioning into home care. She started from the ground up, gaining experience in all aspects of the industry while working at a small home care agency that eventually grew into a large, multi-state company.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has been committed to delivering personalized, compassionate care, recognizing that it is often overlooked in larger organizations. Aligned with Gabriella’s vision of supporting local communities, Cheryl is dedicated to bringing back the individualized care that truly impacts people’s lives.
